This Premium washed varietal is Roasted both Dark and Medium. 

We prefer the Dark roast as a brewed cup of coffee and the Medium as an Espresso.

Dark Roast is syrupy rich with somewhat earthy plum notes and unique spiciness. A highly tantalizing brewed cup of coffee.

Grind Levels

COARSE – Use with Cold Brew, Percolator, French Press

FINE – Ideal for Drip, Keurig, Pour Over, Mocha Pot

ESPRESSO – Super Fine Grind
